The best homes for older dogs is by the sides of an older companion. This is why ADOPT US ANIMAL RESCUE will do their best to match a shelter pet (age 5 and older) to a senior (55 and over). Just tell US what you’re looking for, and we’ll do our best to find rescues in your area who will help in your search..
Seniors Dogs Seeking Families
When you go to a shelter and you look into an older dog’s eyes, you see it.... the sadness, fear and confusion of being left behind by their family, the love they have that has nowhere to go, the appreciation of a glance back that gives them hope they’ll be okay and can serve again.

Shelter to Foster
We need foster homes all around the United States for rescues to pull older dogs out of shelters. Please let us know what type of dog you’d like to foster (age 5 and over), and we’ll try our best to find a rescue in your area who will support your efforts.
